What this website collects, and what it does not.
Scope
This notice describes the public website at avios.dev. It does not describe the AviOS platform itself, whose evaluation arrangements should be agreed separately.
What the website does not do
- The website source does not include advertising, analytics or cookie-based tracking. Hosting-provider features may also process visit data.
- It has no forms. Nothing you type is collected by this site.
- It loads all fonts, images, video and scripts from avios.dev itself, not from third-party services.
What is processed when you visit
Like any website, the server that delivers these pages records standard request data: the IP address of the requesting device, the date and time, the page or file requested, the browser identification string and the referring page, if any. Hosting-provider logging and processing depend on the hosting configuration. Contact us for details relevant to your request; this notice does not specify an unverified retention period.
When you contact us
The "Request a briefing" links open a scheduling page operated by Cal.com, Inc., a separate company with its own privacy policy, which applies to anything you enter there. The "Contact" and "Investors" links open your own email application; anything you send is processed by The ARK AI Company to respond to your enquiry. Contact us with questions about how correspondence is handled.
Your rights
You may ask what personal data we hold about you from a contact you initiated, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address below. Where the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law or another law gives you additional rights, they apply.
